Feeding Baby With Healthy And Fibre Diet

Babies initially take only breast milk . As they grow, kids are fond of tasting other foods. Healthy diet makes baby to grow quickly, gain weight, increase memory power, good immune power and ease digestion. Healthy and Fibre diets normally includes the following:
(a) Fresh Fruits: Fresh fruits such as Apple, Orange, Guava, Pine apple. etc. An apple a day keeps a doctor away. Nowadays apple are coated with wax to make them shining. Hence proper care must be followed in choosing quality fruits.
(b) Green Vegetables : Green vegetables are rich in fibres. It must be given to the babies once in a week. Vegetables boost immune power and increase in strength of bones.
(c) Oats : Oats increase overall strength of the babies and memory power.
(d) Complan : It shall served in hot and helps in the growth of kids.
(e) Dates: It increases the iron content in the body of kids and builds stronger bones.
(f) Dry Fruits : It helps to gain weight in kids. Dry fruits such as Badam, Cashews and Kiss miss are very much liked by the kids.
(g) Avoiding Sweets, snacks: Kids should not be given sweets and snacks in large quantities. The sweets can lead to tooth problems leading to tooth decay, gums problems, and sometimes lead to removal of teeth. Snacks cause unnecessary accumulation of fats in free baby stuff.
