The curves gym has one of the state of the art facilities in all its gyms across the globe which offer crash workout in minimal time limit. In order to get workout without feeling dizzy there are relaxing areas or warming up areas known as recovery boards are set in between the exercise routines. In the various crash workout sessions the members who is to workout has to go through approximately 14 pieces of equipment that target different areas the body. The recovery boards are situated in between each equipment or station where 30 seconds is allowed to do all the warming up exercises according to their wish like jogging, jumping, running in place to maintain the heartbeat, doing aerobics etc. which rejuvenates the body and prepares it for the next exercise routine as such the recovery boards help in recover from the previous equipment and prepares to enter the next equipment. Thus the warming up for 30 seconds is surely needed as for the routines like the 30 – minutes work out one has to do a range of equipments.
